Before Looking Up an Order: Match the Email and Order Number

· Bahuang Jiushi · English

Prepare the records for one purchase, distinguish a product page from an order or tracking reference, and explain missing information through the official contact route.

To look up your own Bahuang Jiushi order, first find the email address used for that purchase and its order number, then open the official order lookup page. The current form asks for Email and Order number. A product name, product photograph or shipment tracking number should not be substituted for those details. When the information is uncertain, return to your original records instead of assembling a guessed combination.

Find the record for this particular purchase

Locate the order number and email address in your saved order confirmation or other original purchase record. Keep them together as information for the same transaction. Avoid combining the number from one purchase with the email used for another. When copying a reference, check for extra spaces or missing characters; do not rewrite it simply to make it look neater.

For a jointly purchased gift, ask the person who actually placed the order and kept the records to check them. The recipient's email, or the email of a friend who helped choose the design, is not necessarily the address used at checkout. The shared-gift planning checklist addresses who keeps the records. This guide addresses how an existing record maps to the public lookup form.

If the order number is missing, do not try unrelated references from a bank or payment screenshot as substitutes. Retain what you can establish and ask the shop what information is needed to check the purchase. This guide has not accessed any customer's order and does not provide a way to look up someone else's purchase.

A product photograph identifies a design, not a transaction

Image one: the official Top Fortune Stick Necklace product page. This shop image identifies the design being discussed. It is not a customer order, proof of purchase or a photograph of a particular parcel, and the display does not establish which background items an order includes.

The necklace's name and link help the shop understand which design you mean, but do not identify a particular purchase. The ending “18KJ-SSQ” is part of that product-page address; do not treat it as your order number. Two people buying the same design still need their respective purchase records.

A current product page also does not replace the record saved when you ordered. Include the accurate product link when identifying a design, and use your original purchase information when asking about an order. These serve different purposes; the lookup form does not need every screenshot you have collected.

Check the two inputs on the official page

Use Order Status in the site's navigation and confirm that the page is on bahuangjiushi.com. The English form currently has two required inputs, Email and Order number, and a Search button. The Chinese equivalents are 邮箱, 订单号 and 搜索. This describes the public form, not a promise about the result of a particular lookup.

Before submitting, check that the email comes from this purchase's record, the order number is complete, and the two refer to the same purchase. There is no need to post an entire order screenshot in a public comment or group chat. Do not enter a password, verification code or complete payment details in the order-number field.

The site's product search and order lookup are separate entry points. The product search field helps find products; the lookup form takes order-query details. Searching for “Top Fortune” and reaching its product page does not mean you have located your own order.

If the result is unexpected, describe what actually happened

If the page does not show the information you expected, retain its message, the time of the lookup and the page address. Compare your inputs with the original record. One unsuccessful or unexpected lookup is not, by itself, proof that no order was placed, no payment was made, an item was dispatched or an order was cancelled. Those questions require the actual order record and clarification from the shop.

Consider an entirely fictional example: a gift buyer uses two email addresses, remembers buying a necklace, but cannot currently find the relevant confirmation. The immediate task is to find the correct record, rather than repeatedly trying guessed details. Once the record is available, the buyer can check its email and order number. If something remains uncertain, they should identify that uncertainty when contacting the shop.

A concise enquiry could say: “I used the official order lookup page for my own purchase but have not found the information I expected. I am providing the order details I have through this private contact, together with the lookup time and page message. Please let me know which information still needs checking.” Include only relevant material, keep another person's delivery details out of public messages, and do not describe an order status as confirmed before the shop has checked it.

Keep order lookup separate from shipment tracking

An order number identifies a purchase record; a shipment tracking reference relates to carrier information. They should not be swapped merely because both are references. The current Shipping & Delivery policy states that, where tracking is available, the tracking number is sent to the order email after dispatch. First establish whether the reference you hold comes from an order confirmation or a shipping notice. This guide does not establish that a particular order has shipped or promise an arrival date.

If the item has already arrived and your question concerns a discrepancy or after-sales enquiry, use the delivery check and after-sales record guide. If the issue is still locating your order, use Bahuang Jiushi's official contact page to explain the records available and what is missing. Start with the correct record, then ask about its status, rather than treating a product screenshot as evidence of everything.
