1. Check the material and design on the product page

The Top Fortune Stick Necklace is also listed as 18K gold and combines a fortune-stick silhouette with cloud patterns. Photographs alone do not establish fit. If a size, weight or other detail you need is not listed, ask the store before paying.

2. Read the currency together with the amount

Product pages may display prices in SGD or USD. Similar numbers in different currencies do not represent the same budget. Check the item, quantity, currency and final total again in your cart and at checkout. Use the information shown on the current product and checkout pages for your purchase decision.

3. Allow time for both processing and delivery

The current shipping policy covers Singapore and Mainland China, excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, with zero shipping charges for these destinations. In-stock orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 2–5 business days in Singapore or 7–21 business days to Mainland China. Processing and transit are separate stages, and estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact the store first if your gift is needed for a particular occasion.

4. Review shipping costs and after-sales terms separately

Free shipping does not cover any destination import duties, taxes or customs charges. Read the returns, refunds and after-sales policy before ordering, including the applicable conditions and the treatment of customised items. Ask about any uncertainty before purchase.
